This visa is for highly-skilled foreign nationals who would like to migrate to Australia on a permanent basis.
Interdependency (for same-sex couples) permanent residency
This visa is for applicants who would like to remain in or enter Australia with their eligible Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident same-sex partner.
Spouse/de facto permanent residency
This visa is for applicants who would like to remain in or enter Australia with their eligible Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident de facto partner or spouse.
