Australian Business Visas provides professional migration services and advice under a strict Code of Conduct. As part of our registration as Migration Agents, we are required to maintain current knowledge of Australian immigration policy and legislation, and must ensure our practice is run in an ethical, professional and confidential manner. Our mission is to provide our clients with professional specialised migration and visa solutions, through the provision of clear advice and practical guidance in a timely and professional manner.

 

We work with individuals from all walks of life. Past clients include backpackers, students, professionals, families, tourists/visitors, tradespersons, senior managers, retirees and the unemployed. We also work with small, medium and large companies, some of which have included airline, architecture, construction, consulting, government, engineering, interior design, manufacturing, property, and recruitment companies. Our services extend to working with non-Australian companies intending on establishing an Australian operation of their business and would like to send non-Australian employees to Australia to assist establishing their business.

Carl Smart is a Registered Migration Agent (0100781) and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (1727). He has extensive specialist experience working with clients in the recruitment and labour hire industry, as well as large international corporations. Carl specialises in Australian and overseas business sponsorship applications, subclass 457 temporary business visa applications, short-stay business, permanent residency under the employer nomination scheme, occupational training, visas for same-sex couples, working holiday and visitor/tourist visa applications. Carl is based in the United Kingdom for most of the year.

 

Leah Spies is a Registered Migration Agent (0533800) and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (2718). She has extensive experience devising migration pathways for foreign nationals who eventually would like to obtain permanent residency. Leah specialises in facilitating business sponsorship applications for Australian businesses, subclass 457 business visa applications, skilled permanent residency, working holiday visa applications and visas for de-facto and married couples. Leah will be moving to Hong Kong in late 2012.
